Teach Easy Beginner Font Explained
Teach Easy Beginner fonts are a ‘stick and ball’ style adaption of Teach Easy Regular fonts, without the exit flicks. It is a simplified version for beginning handwriting instruction.
Like Teach Easy Regular, Teach Easy Beginner offers generous letter shapes with round and open counters, improving readability for emerging and beginning readers. It uses only single story letter forms ( a vs a ) and has equal x heights, ascending and descending lines making it perfect for dotted thirds. Spacing between individual letters, as well as between words and lines, have been optimised to avoid crowding and improve readability.’
Teach Easy Beginner and Beginner Tracing fonts have two f options, providing further compatibility with preferred school fonts. To access the shorter f option, simply use the ~ prior to the letter.
